You can book directly through our website, social media, or by messaging us. We'll confirm availability and send a booking form to secure your date.
We will need to take a small deposit which is a percentage of the total booking cost. The deposit will be taken off the total hire price.
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, cash and contactless payments. Full details will be provided when booking.
Yes! We offer a range of colours and classic themes. If you have any ideas for a specific theme, let us know! For an additional fee we can decorate equipment with text and graphics.
Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may lose the deposit unless rebooked.

Indoors, grass, artificial turf, or solid flat ground. We bring mats for safety.
Yes – weather permitting! Outdoor set-ups require a flat, clean surface.
Absolutely – we deliver, set up, and pack away. You don’t lift a finger.
Setup usually takes up to 45 minutes. We’ll arrive in plenty of time before your party starts.
Yes, we do a full setup and safety inspection before leaving the equipment in your care. You'll also receive a checklist to follow.

Yes! All items are inspected and fully sanitised with child-friendly products before and after use.
Outdoor hire is subject to weather conditions. We’ll work with you to reschedule or relocate.
Yes, we have full public liability insurance. Safety is our top priority.
Our soft play is ideal for children aged 6 months to 5 years, although some equipment may have specific guidelines. Older siblings are welcome to supervise, but shouldn’t use the equipment
For safety reasons, our equipment is strictly for young children. Adults should not sit, stand, or play on it.
